Overuse of this product or use for activities outside of running and walking may increase the risk of sustaining injury. This product increases the strain on the foot, calf, and Achilles tendon. New Balance recommends limiting initial use to 10% of overall running workouts and very gradually increasing time and distance."

T-Splines
Teaching myself t-splines via tutorials online. I think I've just found my new favorite tool. If I had used this to do A Round,it would have been PROFOUNDLY easier and better. Looks like time to remodel.
